Technical and organisational management of the field of security services Responsibility for operational planning, supervision and quality assurance Coordination and control of object protection, pre-accession service and closure controls Contact person*in for clinic lines, authorities and external partners in security issues Analysis and documentation of safety-relevant events and derivation of prevention measures Training and further development of employees in the field of deescalation, intercultural competence and legal requirements Object protection in our emergency centers and protection of our employees and our patients Revier service on our campus site and execution of closure controls Participation in the development of security concepts and processes

Complete training on protection and security or comparable qualification in safety management Multiannual professional experience in security services, of which at least 2 years in senior function Representative leadership and organisational competence, combined with decision-making strength and responsibility High communication capability and sovereign appearance to employees, patients and external bodies Knowledge of occupational health and safety and the handling of authorities and police Willingness to participate in shiftwork (24/7) and continuous training
