Specialist Interface Coordination in Project Management

At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as a specialist:in interface coordination in the project control (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG in the construction project 2nd S-Bahn station at the Munich site. Your tasks:

Deputy Head of Project Management (PST) to ensure project objectives (costs, dates, quality) in the project section East Responsibility for cross-border interface coordination of all internal and external project participants Management and integration of core competencies Date, Cost, Risk and Quality Management Representation of project management in internal and external bodies (e.g. project boards, control panels) Operational control and control of construction and planner contracts and coordination with planners and exporting companies Examination, consolidation and approval of schedules, cost levels, forecasts and reports Initiation and implementation of countercontrol measures for target deviations and timely escalation Ensuring efficient decision-making and release processes as well as active development of project control standards (e.g. BIM 5D, KPI-based control)

Your profile:

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, project management or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management of complex infrastructure or construction projects Funded knowledge of time, cost and risk management and contract management Experience in interface management and coordination of diverse project participants Very good understanding of technical relationships and construction processes Sovereign appearance in bodies as well as pronounced communication (flowing in German) and enforcement capability Structured, independent operation and high problem-solving competence Experience with modern project management methods and tools (e.g. BIM, data-based control) of advantage as well as the willingness of 3-4 days of presence in the team on site
