You are technical contact for our customers in rescue services, firefighters, the Bundeswehr, hospitals and public and public institutions.

Maintenance and repair of medical devices such as electrohydraulic vehicles, defibrillators, hospital beds, thorax compression devices, emergency seats, patient loading systems and temperature management systems.

Implementation of safety inspections (STK) as well as measurement inspections (MTK) and DGUV measurements on our devices.

Responsible coordination of customer appointments and independent organization of their own service orders.

Documentation of all contractually agreed services in compliance with statutory requirements and standards.

Support for larger customer projects in adjacent regions.

Required qualifications: Complete technical training in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or in a comparable field.

Professional experience in the field of maintenance and maintenance of technical equipment, assembly or as a service technician in the field of external service. We also give a chance to dedicated professional beginners.

Knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics and hydraulics.

Versified handling of the MS Office package.

Immigrant knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.

Preferred qualifications: Complete studies in medical technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics or in a comparable technical course. Or a corresponding qualification to the technician or master are advantageous.

Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and Salesforce are beneficial.

Responsibility: Service, maintenance and technical support of our comprehensive product portfolio in the field of Emergency Care / Acute Care / Public Access.

External services: Up to 100% external services in the defined service area in the area of Neuruppin, Templin, Neustrelitz and a radius of 150 km.

Company vehicle: A Mercedes Vito, equipped with all necessary tools and spare parts. The vehicle is not intended for private use due to the equipment.
