You learn well-founded knowledge of HR Payroll, HR systems and HR controlling and actively support DPD personnel work In the 3 years you combine theory & practice in the dual alternating model (theory at the Fulda University, practical phases in the areas HR Payroll, HR systems and HR controlling) You participate in the administration and further development of the HR system landscape and support system tests, releases and the introduction of new functions You create and evaluate HR metrics, personnel statistics and ad hoc analyses and thereby guide action recommendations You support the preparation and preparation of the pay billing as well as the maintenance and quality assurance of personal master data Interdisciplinary HR projects, you actively promote the digitization and standardization of HR processes You take part tasks and smaller projects independently and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

General Higher Educational Qualifications or Higher Education Qualifications with admission to a dual Bachelor Programme in Human Resource Management, BWL with a focus on Personal/Controlling, Business Informatics with a focus on HR or Business Administration Embossed numerical affinity as well as analytical and structured thinking Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as interest in HR systems, IT and data-based work High self-initiative, willingness to learn and strong organizational talent for prioritizing and coordinating tasks Communication strength and team capacity in exchange with different HR areas Careful, reliable and timely working with a high sense of responsibility Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
