You run a team of up to 15 employees:inside In order to keep receivable defaults as low as possible, together with your team, you will ensure that business incidents are handled in a customer-oriented and case-closing manner as well as the introduction of quality assurance measures - e.g. for outgoing correspondences - An important part of your function is the management of employees:internal and target agreements Your proactive way of working helps you increase productivity and customer satisfaction The implementation of communication and specialist training is in your area of responsibility You never lose sight of the continuous optimization of business processes as well as the controlling and evaluation of your key figures You operate a transparent interface management to other internal departments and to external service providers:inside

You have a pleasure in the real estate industry, have a completed commercial training or study and ideally bring professional experience in the field of receivables management and invoice In addition, you can already demonstrate first experience in the staff:internal guidance Your very good understanding of the process has already helped you succeed in the past, as you also think beyond your own sphere of responsibility and convince with your solution-oriented approach You bring experience in handling key figures and targets as well as very good IT skills (e.g. in MS-Office or SAP) Your empathic style as well as your good communicative skills have already successfully demonstrated you in a comparable position You understand yourself in the overall package as a customer-oriented, open, assertive and motivated person who likes to develop professionally with us
