Complete, independent technical, legal and organizational support for individual structures in the framework of demanding key-to-read projects Total responsibility for the successful project execution from work preparation and award to completion and handover Superordinate control and coordination of all participants in the project Ensuring project objectives in terms of quality, dates, costs and safety Management and coordination of the own construction site team in close cooperation with the superior superstructure manager Contact partners for contractors, planners, authorities and contractors throughout the entire project period Examination and coordination of execution documents, planning stands and technical solutions Participation in the award of post-contractual services and the management of the contract Monitoring of economic development including cost control, accounting and forecasting Preparation, management and documentation of project and construction meetings Early detection of technical, terminological and economic risks and the development and implementation of appropriate measures Documentation of project progress and preparation of regular project reports Coordination of the handover and guarantee of a successful project completion
