Design, align & organize: You have the exciting task of designing the newly created staff office in coordination with the Executive Board, strategically aligning and positioning it. This includes, among other things, the development of the staff’s product and service portfolio as well as the organisation and demarcation of tasks and competencies.

Advise & answer: The responsibility of your staff office is to manage the topics of innovation, digitalization, politics and strategy across the company. As a staff position manager, you report directly to the KVB board, advise him and build a sustainable stakeholder management. In addition, you represent the KVB organically as part of the HGB's commercial powers granted with the approval of the Supervisory Board.

Run & budget: You lead the employees of the company strategy office at the technical and disciplinary level. This includes, among other things, the management of employee-year discussions as well as the management of training measures for your employees. The employees who are subordinate to you perform, motivate and develop according to the KVB leadership principles. In addition, you are responsible for the budget planning and cost control of the staff.

further development & optimization: You are responsible for the achievement of the goals and the continuous strategic development of the corporate strategy staff. The focus is on the optimization of the instruments and processes used, including the development of medium and long-term concepts.

Represent: You represent the KVB in municipal bodies (e.g. SWK) on future and strategy topics as well as in association bodies (e.g. VDV) and actively participate in these.

Qualification: You have a completed university degree in VWL, political sciences, corporate strategy, communication sciences or a comparable focus.

Expertise & know-how: You have already gained several years of professional experience in project management and have a strong understanding of the structures in the Stadtwerke Group. In addition, your extensive experience in the super-partisan political environment and your very good political feeling is yours. In your past activities, you have already successfully demonstrated your professional and disciplinary leadership skills of interdisciplinary teams. A value-oriented leadership style is always natural for you.
