For our location Wiesbaden we are looking for Master für Anlagenmechanik Sanitary, Heating und Klima (m/w/d)

Special responsibility for all maintenance activities in the plants Sanitary, Heating and Climate Construction and development of plant-related maintenance services in the sanitary, heating and climate plants and the Azubi programme Coordination of modernization and renovation work in empty apartments Small repairs in the sanitary area Identification of required materials and tools Documentation and quality control of the work of foreign companies

completed artisanal training in the plumbing, heating, climate extended by master training Multiannual professional experience (min. 5 years) associated with leadership experience (> 5 employees) Ideally first experience in the maintenance of residential properties driving licence class B Decision-making, entrepreneurial thinking and action High service orientation, work readiness and action Own initiative and team capacity
