Ensuring compliance with statutory, professional and internal requirements in occupational and health protection Implementation, updating and creation of risk assessments incl. Deduction and follow-up of appropriate protection and prevention measures Implementation of safety and fire protection efforts and analysis of work accidents to establish sustainable prevention measures Consultation of the employer and the staff on all issues of occupational, health and fire protection and accident prevention Planning and implementation of instruction, training and awareness-raising measures to promote a living security culture Assessment of fire risks including creation and maintenance of fire safety regulations, emergency, alarm and evacuation plans Support for internal and external audits and visits as well as close cooperation with authorities, professional associations and the company doctor Planning, organisation and implementation of the ASA meetings as well as supervision of the first and fire protection workers

Successfully completed training or study as well as several years of professional experience in the field of occupational safety and fire protection Founded and practice-proven knowledge in occupational safety and health law (including ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, ASiG, BetrVG, DGUV regulations) Structured, independent and solution-oriented working with high quality and responsibility awareness Enforcement combined with fingertip feeling and persuasion Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. B2-Niveau)
