As Senior Consultant Capital Markets / Post-Trade Expert (m/w/d), you take the technical and methodological responsibility in challenging customer projects at the interface of Business, IT and Regulatorik.

Process Analysis & Transformation in Post-Trade End-to-End Process Consultancy: You analyze, optimize and redesign complex business processes in securities processing (settlement), storage (Custody), asset servicing and capital measures (Corporate Actions, General Meetings, Disclosure). Specifications & Business Analysis: You create business requirements, translate technical requirements into precise technical concepts/ specifications and create the bridge between the specialist areas and the IT implementation teams. Infrastructure & market connections: You accompany the implementation and modernization of communication standards and message formats (e.g. SWIFT, ISO 15022, ISO 20022, SPMG, CASG).

Regulator & Financial Market Infrastructure Regulatory implementation: You support our customers in the technical interpretation and operational implementation of current capital market regulations (e.g. CSDR, SRD II, EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, ECMS). Infrastructure projects: You bring your expertise to the connection and integration of key market participants and systems (e.g. CSDs, CCPs, Trading Venues, T2/T2S, Global Custodians).

Project management & customer consulting Project management: You control (partial) projects independently – from conception to test management to go-live support – using modern tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Advice at eye level: You expertly advise professionals and executives with customers (borons, banks, asset managers), strengthen customer relationships and moderate workshops. Topics and Knowledge Building: You actively contribute to the knowledge transfer within the consulting team and help advance new topics (e.g. in the areas of collateral management, securities lending or DLT).

You have at least three years of professional experience in the post-trade sector as well as profound expertise in one or more of the following areas: settlement and storage (Custody) as well as asset servicing of securities (Equities, Bonds, Funds, Fixed Income) Process knowledge of capital measures (Corporate Actions), Annual General Meetings, Disclosure (Disclosure) Knowledge of financial-market-typical communication media and communication standards (e.g. SWIFT Standards, SPMG, CASG, ISO 15022 and ISO 20022) Knowledge of capital market Regulatorics and infrastructure (e.g. ECMS, CSDR, EMIR, MiFID/MiFIR, SRD, T2-T2S) Practical experience in/with process-relevant institutions, for example CSD, CCP, Trading Venue, (Global) Custodian, Asset Manager or Securities Banks Process knowledge of Trading & Clearing, Collateral Management, Securites Lending and settlement of taxes are a plus
