As a management of company development, you will advise and accompany the two seniors as well as the executives of the various business sectors, are actively involved in strategy development and thus contribute to the organic development and growth of the overall organisation. You identify and initiate through your analytical-speaking look at the large whole project around relevant future topics with short, medium and long-term action needs. At the same time, you are driving innovation projects, for example in the field of digitalization, AI, sustainability and impact analysis with your team and the specialist areas. You bear the overall responsibility for central quality management and auditing.
