Your profile: Required: Above-average degree in psychology (Diplom or Master) Complete or advanced training in psychology psychotherapy (the approval should be available at the start of the project on 01.07.2026) Knowledge of clinical intervention and psychotherapy research Very good methodological and statistical skills Very good knowledge of common statistics software (e.g. R, SPSS, Stata or comparable) Experience in the management of clinical studies or larger research projects Very good English skills in word and writing Remarkable: Complete PhD in Psychology or a related subject with clear clinical-psychological reference Knowledge of psychotherapeutic depression treatment and behaviour activation Experience with open science practices (e.g. pre-registration, open data, reproducibility) Experience in the supervision or guidance of therapist:in the study context Personal competencies: Representative organisational and coordination capacity High self-initiative, structured and independent working Team skills and joy in cross-site cooperation Communication strength in an interdisciplinary and international context High sense of responsibility and commitment Competence in at least one of the two languages and the willingness to acquire the other are assumed.
