IT Consultant für Kfz-Werkstattsoftware (m/w/d) Location: Baden-Württemberg, Home Office As an IT specialist for automotive workshop software (m/w/d), you are the first contact point for our partner companies (Bosch Car Service, 1a autoservice, Profiservice Workshop), when it comes to questions about dealer management system, online shop systems or system integration. Whether by phone, remote or on-site – you help quickly, practically and competently.

Support (remote/telephone) for IT customers On-site service for demonstrations, installations or system introductions Implementation of customer training for applications and functions Support in the creation of new jobs and software solutions to customers Close coordination with our sales teams to attract new customers and partner companies Representation of our company at trade fairs, events and exhibitions

Complete training in the IT sector of advantage (e.g. specialist informatics, ITsystem businessman or comparable qualification) Ideally experience as an IT system administrator in a motor vehicle operation Alternative: Multiannual experience as a service consultant or comparable position in a motor vehicle operation Good knowledge of Windows environments, networks and ideally in the environment of automotive workshop software Joy of direct contact with decision-makers in motor vehicles High communication strength and service-oriented thinking Travel readiness and flexibility for local operations with our customers
