Responsibility for structured onboarding and sustainable development and scaling of internal and external sales and service partners with the aim of strengthening the effective use of MyLiebherr along defined maturity levels and increasing the global adoption of digital services sustainably Development, operation and continuous optimization of a partner-maturity model for the transparent classification of existing abilities, as well as clustering of partners based on them, deriving targeted measures and supporting a capability-based development with focus on usage and adoption Establishing a structured and scalable feedback framework for the systematic collection of qualitative and quantitative feedback from relevant stakeholders as well as supplementing direct user insights through KPI-based analyses to assess the acceptance and use of MyLiebherr Creating transparency through central partner KPIs, in particular with regard to customer adoption, use and business impact of MyLiebherr, as well as deriving targeted improvement measures in cooperation with partners and promoting peer learning and scaling best practices within the partner community Close cooperation with internal and external sales and service partners as well as with product management, business ownership and savings representatives for the effective integration of market and partner insights into further developments, prioritisation and measures

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, business management or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in international, complex organizational structures with responsibility in transformation, product, project or program roles as well as sound competence in maturity models, KPI systems, structured feedback approaches and change-enablement initiatives in the context of digital service, sales and after-sales ecosystems Analytical Strength, Structured Operation and Customer- and Market-Oriented Thinking Impressed Communication and Moderation Strength at Management and Operational Level Ability to effectively control, network and motivate without disciplinary leadership Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing International readiness
