For Contract Administration, we are looking for a contract manager (m/w/d) with experience in civil engineering. You can work in one of our branches, e.g. in Berlin, Bickenbach, Bochum, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Mannheim, Munich, Offenbach, Stuttgart or in consultation with the home office. You're reviewing contracts for possible after-sales services, and you're going to receive supplements You check in customer order Submissions during the performance phase 8 You negotiate offers and supplements with clients and their project partners You take over the contractually relevant correspondence You work closely with the project teams

You have a degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, for example in industrial engineering with experience in the construction industry Ideally, you have over several years of professional experience in contract management of the construction industry You know the relevant legal regulations, especially VOB, HOAI and BGB You can communicate safely and work in the team You have good knowledge of German and are safe in dealing with Word, Excel and PowerPoint Self-responsible action, a safe occurrence and enforcement capability are yours
