Senior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

In this role, you advise our sales, purchasing and other specialist departments comprehensively in national and international economic law, in particular in the fields of commercial & contracts, IT and public procurement. You create, examine and negotiate contracts in German and English, such as framework, supply, purchasing, project, service and IT contracts. You conduct legal training for our specialist departments. Depending on the focus and interest, you provide legal support for R & D contracts or support M&A and corporate housekeeping issues and contribute to the assessment and implementation of new national and EU regulatory requirements. Depending on your interest and needs, you are also working strategically on legal technology and legal operations initiatives to optimize processes and to digitize legal processes.

You have completed the legal Examina in Germany with a predicate, ideally you have a supplementary education acquired abroad. You bring several years of professional experience to the legal department of an international company or in an international business law firm and are routined in contract design and negotiation. You have a well-founded knowledge of national and international economic and contractual law and are ready to work into other legal areas. You bring interest and openness to complementary priorities and can deepen them according to personal interest and already existing expertise. You work independently, pragmatically and solution-oriented and have strong communication and team skills and enforcement capability. Negotiating German and English skills are required.
