As a key user, the job is technically and professionally responsible for the SAP systems MM, WM, Lean Request and their migration to S4/HANA.

The role is located in the Team B IV Wirtschaft & Logistik and reports directly to the department management & department management. A close cooperation with the teams of central IT takes place.

The function is responsible for the stable, secure and economical operation of the SAP logistics systems and processes in the field of responsibility. It ensures its continuous and demand-oriented further development – taking into account legal requirements, technological developments and professional requirements of the organization.

A special focus is on the introduction, migration, further development and support of the SAP S/4HANA system landscape throughout the logistics environment.

In addition, the activity includes the control and participation of projects that ensure the performance, efficiency and future security of the supervised systems in the long term. Operation, support and further development of the logistics systems, in particular SAP R3 and SAP S/4HANA with the associated modules, material management, warehouse management/control and SAP Lean Request Coordination and support of the introduction and migration to SAP S/4HANA in the field of expertise, including analysis of existing processes, technical and technical requirements and support in transformation and change processes Implementation or Customizing, configurations, adjustments and further developments within the SAP logistics modules used and the logistics processes Analysis, design and implementation of logistics requirements through suitable technical and organizational solutions. Communication with and contact with the central IT in enquiries, process optimization and the digitization of logistical processes. Participation in the design, optimization and standardization of logistics business processes within the framework of the SAP R3 and S/4HANA system landscape Ensuring stable and secure operation of the supervised applications taking into account data protection, information security, compliance and regulatory requirements Close coordination with central IT on topics such as system architectures, databases, interfaces, authorization concepts, security, release management and updates Participation, implementation and management of projects in the field of logistics systems including planning, documentation, test management, quality assurance, rollout and user training Preparation and maintenance of technical and technical documentation and support in audits and audits Representation within the team as needed as well as active participation in the strategic development of the logistical application landscape

Remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement TV UK (Tarif Contracts – AGU Uniklinika) from the E9 UK to the E10 UK group of remuneration (deduct table TV UK.pdf).
