Project management: You are responsible for the independent building management and project management of complex infrastructure projects. Depending on the suitability, this focus is on the construction/reconstruction of renewable heat generation plants and corresponding construction projects (e.g. geothermal and large heat pump plants and corresponding industrial constructions). Authorisations and Authorities: You create and coordinate all necessary requests with authorities and offices. Coordination and control: You control several construction projects in parallel and coordinate all internal and external project participants. Cost, appointment and project controlling: You are responsible for cost and schedules, follow-up management and ongoing project reporting. Procurement and Construction Monitoring: You first and check tender and offer documents for planning services and monitor the proper construction performance. Technical and Economic Assessment: You evaluate supply solutions from a technical and economic point of view and prepare strategic decisions.

Education: You have a successfully completed (specialized) university degree, ideally in the field of civil engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, environmental engineering. Experiences: You have appropriate professional experience in the project and construction management of complex construction projects, ideally in construction or in the field of renewable energies. Knowledge: You have application-proof knowledge in costing, procurement and follow-up management and are sure to deal with current project management tools. Competences: You convince with coordination skills and communication and conflict competence, combined with targeted enforcement. Know-how: You work entrepreneurial, independent and solution-oriented, and you trade services-oriented.
