Management and operational planning of employees in the technical field Ensuring preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment according to maintenance plans Monitoring and continuous control of technical processes Analysis of technical processes and development and implementation of optimization measures Disruption analysis and introduction of sustainable solutions to avoid failure Requirement planning of spare parts, materials and resources Quality control of work and results carried out Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and technical solutions Contact person for external partners as well as coordination and evaluation of offers and services Close cooperation with other departments for the holistic optimization of production processes

Completed technical training or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a technical function, ideally in the food industry Experience in technical improvement projects and process optimization Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability and readiness to actively share knowledge and experience Structured and organised working methods High loadability, own initiative and a pronounced hands-on mentality
