Description As a Master of Science in the Process Management degree program, with the focus on "Control of Business Processes" you support our exciting field "International and Strategic Marketing". Here you work together with your team on a consistent presentation of the Buderus brand across all customer touchpoints, accompany product launches, and are a contact person for subsidiaries in Europe. In the dual training system at the Bosch Home Comfort Group, theory and practice are closely linked. Qualified lecturers as well as lecturers of the Dual Universities teach you theoretical knowledge while collecting your practical experience in the company.

• You work independently on the introduction of new products and design product-accompanying measures in the field of classic and online marketing.
• You actively support the implementation of our brand positioning as part of the creation of brand content, the implementation of brand behaviour, and the implementation of live communication on trade fairs and other projects.
• Immerse yourself in the world of strategic marketing and explore exciting topics across the entire marketing spectrum (classic, digital, performance marketing) as well as product and portfolio management.
• You analyze internal processes in marketing as well as with external service providers and with subsidiaries and make proactive suggestions for optimizations.
• You support the maintenance and structuring of the available data for different stakeholders.
• In doing so, you will put the main focus of the study subjects into practice.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing Management or a comparable degree programme
• Experiences and know-how: first knowledge in project management and marketing/communication
• Personality and mode of operation: you are strong in communication and safe in appearance in an international environment; you adapt flexibly to new requirements, inspire for new topics, work team-oriented and always take responsibility
• Languages: very good German and English skills
