To strengthen our team, we are looking for an object manager (m/w/d) on the owner side for our residential complex in Leipzig – in part-time and on-site.

ASSESSMENT

You take over the total commercial and operational responsibility for our residential complex in Leipzig-Reudnitz with 118 apartments predominantly inhabited by families. You are self-employed and occasionally visit our headquarters in Berlin; you also organize and guide regular visits on site, where the management from Berlin also takes part You meet informed decisions in the selection of tenants and conduct visits, acceptances and handovers by yourself Since it is a closed residential complex and not distributed individual objects, you think the complex as a whole and actively promote the community feeling among the residents – for example by neighbourhood formats, small events or other impulses You plan and undertake individual maintenance and quality measures on site independently and coordinate craft businesses and service providers You work proactively: You keep rental status, tenant satisfaction and condition of the facility continuously in view and ensure minimal voidness and a high dwelling time of the tenants You create and develop contracts and other processes within the meaning of a slim and modern company You actively contribute to enterprise-wide digitalization and transformation projects Together with us, you reflect on existing processes critically and develop suggestions on how to make the rental experience even more customer-oriented, digital and personal Accounting is not part of your task; Your focus is on commercial responsibility and operational support on site
