Support and develop a defined portfolio of strategically relevant corporate customers together with the responsible Corporate Key Account Manager (m/w/d). As a central interface to our global subsidiaries, you coordinate and control international calls for transport and contract logistics solutions across all modes of transport. In interdisciplinary project teams, you actively shape strategically relevant customer projects and strengthen long-term, partnership cooperation. You regularly create group analyses, quality reports and management-relevant summaries, maintain central customer data and always keep the overall overview. Presentation materials for customer appointments prepare yourself and take over the structured preparation. Creating proactive and interculturally sensitive communication You are both internally and externally reliable, secure a transparent flow of information and make an important contribution to project success and to long-term customer loyalty.

You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding and logistics services, an economic training with sales experience or a completed study. You bring well-founded knowledge of international transport logistics or operational experience in road, air or sea freight. With Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, you work securely. You are analytical, structured and customer-oriented, develop innovative and process- and solution-oriented approaches and keep in mind the priorities in dynamic situations. For cooperation in our international and intercultural environment, you have very good English skills in word and writing. You are characterized by empathy, proactivity, commitment and self-initiative, and are happy to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders across borders.
