Your tasks:

• Food preparation: They take care of the professional preparation, taste and the attractive presentation of our food.
• Hygiene management: You control and monitor strict compliance with all legal hygiene measures and guidelines according to HACCP.
• Goods management: They are responsible for ordering, acceptance, quality control and professional and safe storage of all foods.
• Menu planning: They work creatively in creating menu cards, daily meals and planning special events or buffets.
• Kitchen coordination: They coordinate the daily operations on your post and work hand in hand with the entire kitchen and service team.

Your profile:

• Training & experience: You have a completed training as a cook (m/w/d) or bring a comparable talent in the kitchen with – professional experience is not absolutely necessary.
• Language skills: Very good German knowledge in word and writing secure the smooth consultation in the team and understanding recipes.
• Personality: They are characterized by a high degree of self-responsibility, absolute thoroughness and a clean way of working.
