Preparation, implementation and follow-up of monthly pay billing Care and control of billing-relevant personnel master files Contact person for employees, executives and external bodies in billing-relevant Questions Ensuring compliance with statutory and collective wage billing requirements Contact persons for external audits (e.g. pay tax and social security audits) Participation in HR-related projects and acquisition of special tasks Creation of reports, analyses, recommendations for action and basis of decision for the HR manager Compilation of personnel requirements as well as evaluations and personnel statistics as required Ensuring proper, timely monthly reporting Provision of personal data for financial statements, forecasts and budget negotiations Implementation of a holistic personnel cost planning within the framework of budget planning

Successfully completed commercial training with further training in the human resources sector, in the billing of charges and/or in the controlling sector or a corresponding degree of business Professional experience in HR, ideally pay billing and personal controlling of advantage Knowledge of wage tax and social security law desirable Very good knowledge in Excel as well as experience with SAP (especially HCM/HR) of advantage Knowledge of the collective agreement metal + electric is desirable Structured, analytical and independent operation Communication strength, team orientation and consulting competence High solution and service orientation Flexibility and loadability Good English knowledge of word and writing
