Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Payroll team. Responsibility for the timely, correct and legally compliant implementation of the German pay bill. Coordination and control of European payroll activities in cooperation with local contacts and external payroll service providers. Ensuring compliance with wage tax, social insurance and labour law requirements. Planning, coordination and supervision of pay tax and social security checks and internal and external audits. Close cooperation with Finance to ensure correct payroll bookings, account voting and clarification of payroll relevant facts. Continuous optimization of payroll processes, systems and interfaces to increase efficiency, quality and compliance. Management and cooperation in national and international payroll and HR projects. Creation and analysis of key figures, reports and evaluations for management.

Multiannual professional experience in the field of payroll as well as a well-founded knowledge of the German pay bill. Multiannual experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership and development of teams. Knowledge of German pay tax, social security and labour law. Experience in cooperation with international payroll organizations and in the control of external payroll service providers. Experience in monitoring pay tax and social security checks and audits. Embossed project management and process optimization competence. Embossed understanding of payroll systems, processes and interfaces as well as the ability to successfully advance system optimization and digital solutions. Knowledge of P&I LOGA is advantageous. Impressed communication strength and experience in managing different stakeholders. Analytical, structured and solution-oriented methods. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. .
