Head of Electrical Planning (m/f/d)

Leadership and development of the department You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of an experienced, approximately 15-member team of engineers:inside, planner:inside and designer:inside in the field of electrical engineering. You promote the professional development of your employees. You control the capacity and resource planning of your department and ensure a balanced personnel deployment across multiple projects. You create a motivating working environment and promote professional exchange within the team. You continuously develop standards, processes and methods within electrical planning. Professional and project-related responsibility You are responsible for the technical quality of the planning of electrical installations in all phases of the HOAI. You accompany demanding construction projects of different use, such as administrative buildings, educational and research facilities, cultural and event facilities as well as industrial and commercial buildings. You support your project teams in the design and design of high-voltage systems, low-voltage distributions, lighting systems, safety lighting as well as communication, safety and information technology systems. You advise your employees on complex technical issues and develop economic and technically sustainable solutions together. You ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and quality standards. You promote the use of digital planning methods and develop BIM-based planning within your department. You work closely with the fields of architecture, structural planning, HLSK and others.

You have a successfully completed study of electrical engineering. You have at least a 10-year professional experience in the planning of electrotechnical and information technology facilities for buildings and know the performance phases of HOAI from practice. You control the relevant standards and regulations, as well as the VOB and HOAI. You have already planned or managed larger and complex construction projects independently. You have leadership experience or have already taken responsibility for teams, project groups or employees. You understand motivating people, identifying potentials and actively promoting the professional development of your employees. You make decisions with an eye dimension and keep an overview even in challenging project situations. You have good German knowledge (min. C1) and an independent, economic and solution-oriented way of working. You communicate safely and valuefully and promote an open cooperation of their team. Knowledge of BIM-based planning methods complete your profile.
