In order to strengthen a central developer team, an experienced management personality is sought, which is responsible for the further development of the workflow management system “Business Process Control” (GPS) and sets technological and organizational impulses. The GPS is the central workflow management system of the OSPlus overall bank solution, based on which numerous professional business processes are developed for our customers.

Your tasks:

• Professional and disciplinary management of a team of software developers including employee talks, target agreements, coaching and deployment planning.
• Control and further development of the “Business Process Control” application framework with a focus on quality, efficiency and sustainability.
• Responsibility for planning, cost-effectiveness, support and process compliance within the supervised tasks.
• Maintenance and development of sustainable industrial relations with internal interfaces and external partners.
• Strategic orientation and continuous development of the department in accordance with the company's objectives and in close coordination with the department management.
• Support for operational and strategic topics at sectoral level.

Your profile:

• Complete study of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in the leadership of software development or project teams with responsibility for results.
• Safe handling of complex technical relationships across the entire software-life cycle.
• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, WebServices and Oracle databases (SQL/Hibernate) are advantageous.
• Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking and process-oriented working.
• High level of self-responsibility, enforcing, social competence and innovation joy.
