The Team Repair Documentation Pkw in Böblingen, GCSP/ROD department, is part of after-sales retail operations and provides technical workshop information in the form of repair documentation and the associated working time requirements for the global markets. We focus on maximum customer satisfaction related to the quality and efficiency of the repair documentation. Here you can get to know the project structures in Mercedes-Benz Cars After-Sales and interfaces for development, experience and actively design with future vehicle models as well as the use of innovative technologies for the creation process and the presentation of the workshop information (e.g. 3D animation, videos, virtual reality). Our team consists of 10 highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support.
