Development and design of the outpatient care service according to current care and economic findings managing administrative tasks as well as service and holiday planning Staff management, including with regard to personnel development, training, work satisfaction and employee motivation Qualified counselling of persons in need of care or threatened by the need for care and their reference persons Expansion of network and customer base Coordination of the benefits of sickness and nursing allowances and other social benefits Exchange of experience with other executives

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) At least two-year professional experience in nursing, ideally in the outpatient area First professional experience desirable Ready-to-use, takeover of responsibility and organisational capacity IT skills and experience with the SNAP software are desirable Class B driving licence
