Team Leader Process, Project and Quality Management (m/w/d)

The Sana Kliniken Landkreis Biberach GmbH is the largest health provider in the region with a new central hospital, a steadily growing outpatient care structure through our two MVZs and around 1,100 employees. The new Biberach Central Hospital, which was commissioned in September 2021, with its connected health campus, is a modern, medically wide-ranging acute hospital with 370 beds, seven surgical rooms and extensive diagnostics. The health campus also includes a doctor's house, a DRK rescue station, a PHV dialysis and a centre for psychiatry. Through the two MVZ Sana MVZ county Biberach GmbH and Sana MVZ Stadt Biberach GmbH with their five locations, the outpatient health care of the Biberach county in the fields of orthopedics, surgery, internal medicine, gynecology and general medicine is rounded off.

Leadership, development and management of the Process, Project and Quality Management team as well as key contact persons for all quality and certification-relevant issues Implementation, development and monitoring of quality and risk management and ensuring the effectiveness of the QM instruments used Planning, implementation and monitoring of internal and external audits and certifications, including coordination of all related processes and requirements Analysis, optimization and documentation of processes, preparation of process descriptions and process instructions as well as initiation and guidance of continuous improvement processes Implementation, further development and monitoring of risk and complaint management taking into account legal and normative requirements (e.g. G-BA, QS), including compilation of relevant interfaces such as quality, process, risk and complaint management Communication of QM-relevant developments within the company and responsibility for document steering, QM reports and cross-cutting measures on energy efficiency, energy management and sustainability

Complete university studies (e.g. health management, business management) or comparable vocational training with corresponding further qualification as well as several years of professional experience in quality, process or risk management in health care Funded knowledge in project and process management, ideally supported by appropriate continuing and continuing training and practical project experience in health care Experience in the application of QM systems and methods (e.g. DIN ISO) as well as reliable knowledge in certification and auditing Methodology competence in change management, organisational development, process management and good understanding of hospital processes Designed leadership, communication and team skills, combined with high enforcement strength, flexibility and structured, analytical working style
