The Corporate Compliance department supports the areas, executives and employees to act as part of their compliance obligations in accordance with the applicable laws and guidelines. The core task of corporate compliance is to implement an effective compliance management system that successfully promotes awareness of corruption risks and integrity. This includes, in particular, the sustainable prevention of possible misconduct and violations with regard to any form of corruption. The aim is also to expose and discontinue legal violations, to follow suspicions in this regard and to intervene immediately if necessary and to prevent future misconduct as far as possible.

As a working student (m/w/d), you are part of the compliance team and responsible for the following tasks:

Support in the implementation of the compliance due diligence of customers and suppliers Support in the creation of project-specific compliance risk analyses Support in the implementation of compliance requirements regarding the business relationship with suppliers and service providers Supporting the ongoing compliance process and documentation requirements (following / monitoring compliance policies and procedures) Support in communication of compliance issues within the Nordex Group Research on specific compliance issues

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally first practical experience through internships with compliance or legal reference Safe handling of popular MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel skills Very good English knowledge of word and writing; German or Spanish knowledge is advantageous High integrity Self-employed and structured work Joy of international cooperation
