Description Support and representation of IT department management Integration, operation and continuous development of a highly available server infrastructure (application, file and SQL cluster) based on Microsoft Windows Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange, software distribution, patch management and automated client installations - including Mobile Device Management for iPadOS and Android Application and maintenance of Microsoft SQL Editing tickets incident, change and problem management in 2nd and 3rd level support Analysis of errors by evaluating traces and log files as well as planning and documentation of the server infrastructure Participation in the introduction of new software solutions as a technical contact and consultant:in for internal application specialist:in

Completed training (e.g. as a specialist:in for system integration), a completed computer science study or a comparable qualification Interest and/or first practical experience in employee management German and English skills Funded knowledge in Windows server and client operating systems as well as in handling iPadOS, Android and common monitoring solutions Very good knowledge of Microsoft network services such as DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, MS clusters as well as Microsoft 365 and Exchange Multiannual professional experience as a system administrator Communication strength and diplomatic skills in dealing with internal and external contacts:inside Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Sage) of advantage Willingness to participate in readiness
