Own control and coordination of civil engineering measures in the public environment, e.g. educational, administrative or sports real estate Project management in cooperation with external architecture and planning offices on all performance phases of the AHO / HOAI Individually responsible planning, tendering, awarding and construction management for smaller to medium-sized measures Coordination with internal departments and external project participants and contractors

Complete study of architecture or civil engineering Multiannual professional experience, ideal in construction management or project management Technical understanding and experience in the preparation and coordination of complex construction projects Communication strength, negotiation skills and enforcement capacity Knowledge of procurement and contract law is desirable German language skills and driving licence class B
