DISCLOSURE

You take over the construction management of construction projects in turnkey interior construction. You prepare the tender and assist in the award of post-contracting services. You control post-contractor services and coordinate the cross-company construction. You are responsible for the quality, dates and costs of the construction projects. You carry out the assessment and audit of construction services. You check and manage building day reports. You create project-specific building journals. You're handling warranties.

You have a relevant technical training or a completed study as a civil engineer or architect. You bring several years of professional experience as a building manager in the field of turnkey expansion projects or new building. You have a sound knowledge of the design. You'll use the VOB safely. You work in a structured and self-employed manner and you have enforcement capability. You're strong in communication and team.
