Your mission to us As a trainee management, you will get to know the study group business from scratch. You support our locations on site, take responsibility in the operational control and develop specifically on the role of local management. You are both a contact person for our families and important support for regional leadership. Area Karlsruhe - Freiburg | Full time | unlimited

Successfully support locations: You act independently as a jumper*in and ensure smooth operation. In doing so, you perform tasks in the fields of counselling, sales, organisation and teaching staff coordination. Sales with meaning: You advise families individually, gain new customers for our educational opportunities and support the locations to achieve their growth goals. Learning leaders: You work closely with experienced local lines, gain insights into the control of a sales area and are gradually brought to leadership. Understanding figures & Seeing potentials: You analyze relevant key figures, identify development opportunities and help implement revenue and quality enhancement measures. Projects & Expansion: You will participate in regional marketing actions, sales projects and the further development and expansion of our site network. People develop: You learn to coach teams, motivate employees and actively shape a modern leadership culture.

Successfully completed commercial training, study or comparable qualification First experience in sales, customer service, retail, hotel industry, education or a comparable industry Joy in taking responsibility and developing you into a leading role in perspective Entrepreneurial thinking and marked sales orientation Good analytical skills and an understanding of key figures High readiness for travel within your area of use Structured operation and hands-on mentality Communication strength, empathy and enthusiasm Safe handling of Microsoft Office driving licence class B Your development perspective Our goal is to prepare you specifically for the role of local administration. Through intensive training, regular coaching, training and practical responsibility, you develop step by step towards leadership with your own sales area.
