Instructor Aircraft Technology (m/f/d)

You design education and training as an experience, convey specialist training content and pass on your expertise in practice. You take responsibility for courses and have the learning progress of your participants - also in the internship - in view. Your cooperation in preparing and carrying out (final) exams will help you achieve the best possible results in your courses. In addition, you support us in the optimization of the training and further training processes and in the further development of our product portfolio.

You have completed vocational training for the aircraft mechanic or aircraft engineer with CAT B training and additional pedagogical qualification (e.g. suitability according to AEVO) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have first experiences in adult education. You are convinced by your joy in teaching knowledge and your intention to support and develop people. A routined handling of digital tools and media is of course for you. As a personality, you are characterized by a safe occurrence, interest in dealing with the most diverse people, your independent and self-responsive way of working, as well as communication talent and team skills.
