For our internalist-gastroenterological station, we are looking for a Medical Clinic incl. pain therapy (m/w/d) full time.

With your station management, you design the development of the station (36 beds station, of which 6-8 pain therapy patients) and support the team's professional and organizational leadership You bring your ideas into the optimization of care processes, interdisciplinary cooperation and processes You take responsibility for the service and holiday planning and ensure a reliable structure in the day of the station You promote your employees individually and are a model for team spirit and care quality In close cooperation with our nursing director you actively drive innovations in care
