From 01.06.2026 we are looking for three melting plants

in der 3-schicht-betrieb*. Roughening and operation of the melting plant (monitoring of scales, charging of material, treating melt, taking samples, performing melt corrections, pouring, removing edge of the furnace, purifying seals and furnaces) Monitor and assess the melting process mold preparation and introduction into the furnace casting box preparation and casting ladle machining Roughing and processing of crucibles Performance of maintenance and repair work (including cause analysis, troubleshooting, disclosure of fault descriptions) Transport activities (operating crane and forklift)

Completed at least 3 years of professional training in a metalworking profession (e.g. procedural mechanic) and several years of professional experience Good physical loadability Commitment, resilience, flexibility, independence, responsibility and quality awareness Good team skills Forklift and crane license and relevant experience in handling industrial trucks
