Strategic advice from managers in all personal topics – from organisational development to performance to complex individual cases

Control and implementation of HR processes, such as Compensation & Benefits, Perfomance Management

Sparring partner for managers in change and transformation projects

Change management and the further development of our HR processes and projects are firmly part of your responsibility – including the use of AI based approaches to make processes even more efficient and sustainable.

The cooperation with our local works council bodies is designed independently – constructively, transparently and at eye level.

You analyze HR metrics, take appropriate measures and thus ensure data-based decisions.

You also ensure the professional application of our HR instruments and processes, for example in performance management.

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: A completed study in the field of HR/personal skills or comparable training.

Multiannual experience in operational and strategic personnel work – ideally in a modern, changing HR environment.

Strong social skills, empathy and communicative strength to professionally accompany executives.

Consulting strength and service orientation, with a clear focus on internal customer satisfaction.

High self-responsibility, flexibility and enforcement ability to drive issues safely.

Handson mentality and interest in modern HR trends, including AI based HR solutions and innovative methods.

Occasional readiness for cross-site cooperation.
