We are looking for an experienced civil engineer as a project manager (m/w/d), who is responsible for the planning and management of demanding projects, as well as for important tasks in customer support, team management and professional development of the team. Crailsheim is a long-standing and highly successful location of the CDM Smith family with long-term employees and a large and satisfied customer base. The office is well known beyond the borders of Crailsheim and has played a significant role in building and maintaining the region's infrastructure. As a civil engineer / project manager (m/w/d) you take over the following tasks: Planning/Guidance of demanding projects in the field of municipal infrastructure, e.g. industrial and construction areas, road construction, sewer construction and rehabilitation, pipeline construction, rainfall basins, pumping plants and rainwater management Construction and maintenance of customer contacts and project acquisition in the region Professional and organisational leadership of project teams Content, terminology and economic project responsibility Ensuring technical and technical quality In addition, you are competent and professional contact for our customers

They have a university or university degree in the field of water and settlement management as a deepening in the field of civil engineering or a completed study in a close-to-special direction They possess in-depth knowledge of VOB and HOAI as well as advanced EDV (special) skills You have interest and experience in the acquisition of new customers You are versed in the successful management of project teams They maintain an open and targeted approach to customers and colleagues A structured and careful operation, safe occurrence and high commitment and quality responsibility complete your profile
