Application Manager (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with focus on CRM / ERP / DMS

Intensify our team in IT management in full time, with work location in the home office or in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr area – and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

As an expert for the design and development of our IT systems, you play a central role in our team. Your diverse tasks include: You are working on the further development of our new CRM system based on CAS genesisWorld. In addition, you perform tasks in support of adjacent areas such as ERP (Vemas) or DMS (d.velop) You coordinate and tax projects, both internally and with external partners You identify the requirements for the CRM system (and other specialist applications) together with colleagues from the respective specialist departments, then implement them and communicate the changes to the users You document the systems used and guide the process manual You support our internal users with your technical knowledge in selecting and using our internal tools (e.g. CRM, ERP, DMS). In addition, you are available in enquiries from our external customers who use our services Not only do you carry out troubleshooting and patch/release management, but you also use self-responsive impulses for continuous improvement You significantly influence the consolidation and automation of internal IT processes and contribute to the highest level of operation of our systems

You have successfully completed your studies in business informatics or an apprenticeship as a specialist informatics with business content or have a comparable qualification You have first professional experience in supporting critical applications and systems (ideally CRM, alternatively ERP or DMS) in a medium-sized company or an IT service provider You have experience in the supervision of internal specialist procedures, automation (scripting) and operational monitoring Ideally, you bring knowledge of RestApi, JavaScript, TypeScript and SQL with You are characterized by high commitment, service orientation, independent, structured work and communication joy You ideally have project management experience and have already gained first experience in managing requirements So you might think...
