As an operating manager Biomethane plant Klein-Wanzleben (m/w/d), you will ensure a safe, efficient and economical operation of biomethane production by monitoring, controlling and maintaining the plant. You monitor, control and operate the biogas plant, the biogas treatment plant and, if appropriate, the block heating power plant (BHKW) via modern process control systems You identify vulnerabilities and disturbances at an early stage, carry out first diagnosis, initiate appropriate measures and coordinate cooperation with internal departments and external service partners You carry out maintenance, service and maintenance work on the technical equipment components according to your qualification in mechanical or electrical fields You perform tasks in the field of substrate logistics, in particular the acceptance and documentation of input materials, the substrate handling and the loading of fermentation residues by means of wheel loaders You organize the daily plant operation, run the operating diary, ensure compliance with environmental and occupational safety requirements and participate in the standby service

Complete training as an electronic engineerin, mechanicin, agricultural machine mechanicin, mechatronicin or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the technical environment, ideal for energy production, biogas or plant engineering Embossed technical understanding as well as knowledge in the maintenance and operation of process engineering or energy engineering plants Ready to run wheel loaders as well as good knowledge in popular MS Office applications Self-responsible and reliable operation combined with communication strength and team capability
