Development and construction of mechanical prototypes/small parts, assemblies and special machines with 3D CAD program SolidWorks for the production of our safety products Production of prototypes, individual components and small series according to drawing or CAD data Independent setup and operation of the existing CNC milling machine and lathe according to drawings with the support of CAM software Mechanical assembly, construction and commissioning of own constructions, assemblies and internal production machines Optimization of production plants

Experienced specialist evtl. Master / Technicians as precision mechanic / machining mechanic knowledge and experience with 3D CAD programs; SolidWorks knowledge desirable Knowledge and experience in production-oriented drawing for CNC milling and lathe found experience in the programming of CNC machine tools; preferably with Siemens Sinumerik CNC control Knowledge of the clamping and machining of different materials (aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic) Basic knowledge of CAM software would be desirable Technical skill, e.g. through experience in the production of precision mechanics and assembly of systems, special machines and mechanical components Self-responsible, targeted and team-oriented working Pronounced solution orientation, structured working, target orientation, hands-on mentality and team skills English knowledge of Word and Writing High motivation and independence
