The SEG Stadtentwicklungsgesellschaft Wiesbaden mbH is a municipal company of the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden. The SEG also operates as a developer, carries out construction projects as a project developer, takes over different project development and construction orders from the city of Wiesbaden as a project taxer and manages its own real estate stock. In order to further develop our project development department, we are looking for an experienced management personality that combines strategic thinking with a will for design and enthusiasm for urban development. In the project development department, around 40 employees are currently working together in a modern team structure. Interdisciplinary cooperation, mutual support and an open professional exchange form the basis for the successful implementation of sophisticated urban development and construction projects. Technical, organisational and personnel management of the project development department and further development of the team in accordance with the company's objectives Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of demanding building and project development measures – from design to completion Initiation, control and support of municipal development and measures of urban renewal, including faithful tasks Superordinate management of projects on costs, dates and qualities as well as responsibility for cost-effectiveness and budget loyalty in close coordination with management Development of own real estate stock as part of a corporate portfolio strategy Coordination and coordination with approval authorities of the Land of Hessen, the Landeshauptstadt Wiesbaden, specialist offices and external expert planners and experts Representation of projects and department to policy, administration, authorities and external project participants

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering, real estate management or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in project development or project management, ideally in a municipal or public environment Detectional experience in leadership and further development of teams as well as interdisciplinary cooperation with various project participants Funded knowledge in the fields of building and planning law, public procurement law and contract and supplementary management Impressed communication and negotiation strength, entrepreneurial thinking, and safe occurrence towards politics, administration and investors Pleasure of strategic thinking, active participation and cooperation with people who want to move something Enthusiasm for urban development, sustainability issues and community-oriented work High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and structured work
