We are looking for a (Senior) Automotive SAP & EDI Inhouse Consultant (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at the site in Unterschleißheim (near Munich).

Bring your SAP and EDI expertise into a challenging automotive environment and take responsibility for stable, performant and future-oriented business processes along the supply chain. Inhouse-Consulting & Process Responsibility: You take over the in-house consulting and support for SAP ECC in the modules SD, MM and FI You act as a central interface between departments, IT, OEMs, suppliers and external service providers You translate technical requirements into sustainable SAP and EDI solutions Automotive & EDI processes: You analyze, design and optimize automobile-specific business processes, in particular: Forecast‐ and scheduling-agreement-processing JIT/JIS retrieval and ordering processes Shipping, Logistics and ASN Processes

You maintain and answer EDI interfaces to customers and suppliers including mapping analysis and implementation of OEM specifications Ensure the integration of common EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT, ODETTE) Operation, stability & further development: You analyze and fix production-critical incidents (e.g. missing retrievals, ASN error) You support eInvoicing scenarios (PDF, EDI, ZUGFeRD/XRechnung) and document archiving You drive forward continuous improvisation and automation initiatives in SAP and EDI processes You support optimization projects in SAP ECC as well as the SAP‐S/4HANA implementation and the global rollout You create technical documentation and perform user training

Your qualification: You have a completed study of computer science, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. In addition, you will bring well-founded experience as an SAP and EDI consultant in the automotive environment and have very good knowledge of the SAP modules SD, MM and FI. Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ideally SAP BTP is advantageous. Your successes: You can look back on several years of relevant professional experience in the SAP and EDI environment of the automotive industry. You have a deep understanding of automotive supply chain processes such as Forecasts, Call‐offs, JIT/JIS, Consignation and Self-Billing as well as experience with Automotive-EDI standards (VDA, EDIFACT, ODETTE). You convince with their communication strength in dealing with internal and external stakeholders as well as very good knowledge of German and English. Their mode of operation: You are characterized by an analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach and take responsibility for stable and efficient systems. You work independently, prioritize securely and keep an overview even in critical situations. Your high self-initiative, your pleasure in process improvements and your ability to document and mediate complex facts in a comprehensible way make you an estimated contact person. In addition, you will bring experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
