As Head of Technology / Maintenance (m/w/d), you assume the strategic and operational responsibility for ensuring the availability of technical equipment and the continuous development of the technical processes at the site. You guide your team professionally and disciplinaryly, develop employees in a targeted manner and ensure efficient and demand-oriented deployment planning. You are responsible for the analysis and optimization of machines, plants and technical processes and develop modern, preventive and state-oriented maintenance strategies for the sustainable increase of efficiency, safety and availability. In addition, advance the development of the technical structures in the SAP system as well as the maintenance and storage strategies and ensure transparent and efficient processes. Your strong communication and persuasiveness are used effectively in everyday work. In addition, you have a high IT affinity and the motivation to actively shape and drive changes.
