Your tasks: You will form the bracket between the technical applicants: inside and outside DB InfraGO AG and the requirements of the transport market and secure the medium and long-term planning of construction measures in the context of an integrated capacity management To do this, you will plausitise the technical requirements of the planning units and develop a conflict-free temporal and local reorganization of construction measures with the aim of minimizing the impact on our customers: You are responsible for defining the mode of operation taking into account the traffic requirements and the minimum capacity required In addition, you participate in the evaluation of regional and supra-regional interactions and support the development of conflict solutions Together with the technical applicants:inside, you develop capacity-saving variants including necessary infrastructure requirements. In conflicts or variant views, you will develop sound decision criteria In addition, you can take part in the strategic planning of infrastructure projects across all phases of the HOAI's performance and launch comments on technical planning. You align the requirements of infrastructure, operation and market and support the development of successful and operationally robust implementation concepts for infrastructure measures

Your profile: You have a degree in the field of railways, civil engineering, economics or a comparable subject. As an alternative, you will bring an equivalent training in the field of transport, e.g. as a specialist in railway operations, with appropriate professional experience. Finding knowledge of the functional contexts and processes in the planning and implementation of construction measures are the key to you; ideally, you are familiar with the combined process “driving and building” Networking is fun and you like to work with different stakeholders across the range.
