Your tasks

Your tasks Organisation and coordination of deliveries and collections of our LivEye devices with their own fleet and external freight forwarders Planning and optimization of routes and operations taking into account cost and quality aspects Coordination with forwardings, drivers and internal departments Contact person for logistical queries as well as communication in time shifts or delivery problems Creation of shipping documents and other transport documents Ensuring system availability and process stability Compliance, control and further development of existing logistics processes Maintenance and updating of logistics data in our internal systems Expansion and use of our ERP software in the field of logistics and disposition commissioning external service providers such as delivery services, forwardings or contractors within the framework of the specified transport costs

Insufficient professional experience in the field of logistics, shipping or disposition, e.g. in shipping and transport coordination, tour planning and operational coordination and in cooperation with forwarding and external service providers Experience in handling MS Office and ERP systems Embossed organizational design and structured working High level of commitment, initiative and awareness of responsibility Technical affinity and good IT confession

Compulsory qualifications

As a provider of security services, we require a perfect management certificate Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Good to very good PC skills

Advantageous qualifications
