Technical Purchasing Clerk (m/f/d)

In technical purchasing, you are responsible for the entire ordering process for our wholesale and retail customers. These include the disposition of the articles, the collection of all orders and the complete order processing including appointment tracking and master data maintenance. You check invoices, process complaints and ensure a smooth process. In close exchange with the warehouse area, you can book all inventory changes in the goods management system. As a central contact person, you are in regular contact with suppliers, clients and internal departments and take over the corresponding correspondence. In addition, prepare annual meetings, carry them through and after, and take care of the preparation and management of framework agreements.

You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businesswoman, businesswoman for office management or a comparable qualification – ideally complemented by a further training to the technical specialist (m/w/d). Ideally, you will bring several years of professional experience in technical shopping or a similar environment. You have sound business and technical knowledge and experience in dealing with suppliers and service companies. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you; new industry-specific software applications can be used quickly and easily. Communication strength, organizational talent and a structured, careful way of working. Teamability and resilience complete your profile.
