Customer Service Technician SHK (m/f/d)

Customer service: You take customer operations around heating and sanitation independently and are competent contact person on site.

Service & Maintenance: You carry out maintenance, service and repair work professionally and ensure that your customers' equipment works reliably.

Variety: You enter both industrial and private customers. Different systems, requirements and technical challenges await you.

Own responsibility: You carry out your operations independently and organize your work on site independently.

Collaboration: For larger or cross-works, you work together in the team.

Customer contact: You are on-site directly with the customer, recognize technical problems, reliably find a suitable and practicable solution and advises customers at eye level.

Education: You have completed training as a plant mechanic SHK (m/w/d), gas and water installer (m/w/d), heating builder (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification in sanitary, heating and climate.

Continuing Education: Ideally you have yourself as Master SHK (m/w/d) or Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Professional Experience: You ideally bring several years of experience as a customer service agent SHK (m/w/d), service engineer SHK (m/w/d), customer service engineer SHK (m/w/d), service engineer Heating & Sanitation (m/w/d) or plant mechanic (m/w/d) SHK in customer service.

Customer contact: You have experience in dealing with customers or know how to experience professional and friendly, whether private or industrial customers.

Self-responsibility: You can carry out customer operations independently, organize yourself reliably and find a suitable solution for technical challenges.

Personality: You work responsibly, flexibly and structured. Direct contact with customers is fun.

Working hours: 38.5 hours a week from Monday to Friday give you a reliable framework for your working day.

Remuneration: Depending on the qualification and experience, an annual salary is expected to be between €48,000 and €60,000.

Regionality: No supraregional assembly – your operations take place regionally and you are home again in the evening.

Overtime control: multi-working is not lost – overtime is either paid or compensated for by leisure.

Short paths: Depending on the location and use, you can drive directly from home to the customer and do not have to start every morning at the company location.

Mobility: A fully equipped Sprinter including professional tool is available to you.

Self-employment: You can work independently and get the space to carry out your operations independently.
